The Pro Triple Griddle features 592 square inches of cooking surface, restaurant-style high sides and a convenient grease drain. The addition of heat diffuser plates to the bottom distributes heat across the entire surface, reducing hot spots. This flat-top griddle comes with Camp Chef®'s true-seasoned finish so it is ready to use right out of the box.
