A heavy-duty design, this sturdy, all-metal stuffer starts with a removable, easy-to-clean, stainless steel cylinder with room for up to 12 lbs. of meat mixture inside. Built to last, this powerful stuffer employs a strong screw drive system powered by precision-machined steel gears in a heavy-duty die-cast gear box. A 2-speed design, this stuffer features a powerful slower stuffing speed along a higher retracting speed. The Pro Series stuffer also features a rigid, food-grade thermoplastic piston with durable rubber O-ring and spring-loaded air release valve. Integrated spring clips make it easy to install and remove the cylinder for faster reloading. 3 stuffing tubes are included, a 1/2" tube for breakfast link and snack sticks, a 4/5" tube for brats, Polish, and Italian sausages, and a 1-1/4" tube for summer sausage and salami. Sturdy stainless steel base features holes for bolt-down installation and sturdy flat sections to accommodate clamps. Nonslip comfort grip handle on crank.
