Browning has delved into semi-custom rifle production with the new X-Bolt Pro line. What classifies “semi-custom” is the level of specialized finishing touches and higher-end construction above the already top-tier X-Bolt family of hunting rifles.

The X-Bolt Pro models feature a carbon fibre stock filled with noise-dampening foam (now a quarter-pound lighter than previous versions), making it extremely lightweight yet rigid. The natural finish of the stock is contrasted with a durable and highly-protective Carbon Grey Elite Cerakote finish on barrel, action, and bolt. At the end of the skip-fluted heavy sporter contour barrel with 5/8”x24 muzzle threads, resides the new Recoil Hawg muzzle brake, which tames felt recoil up to 77% for more comfortable shooting.

Other features include: removable Picatinny accessory rail, X-Lock scope mounts, matte blued sling swivel studs, FeatherTrigger, Inflex Technology 1 small recoil pad, textured grip panels, and bolt unlock button; drilled & tapped.
