Based on the 1895 SBL platform, the Marlin® 1895 Trapper features a maneuverable 16" barrel, bead-blasted satin stainless finish, and an adjustable peep sight system by Skinner Sights.

The durable laminate stock has a refined fit and thinner forend for better ergonomics and an attractive aesthetic. Sharp checkering on grip panels helps provide a superior grip, no matter the conditions. A soft rubber buttpad helps effectively absorb recoil, for ultimate comfort. The cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel provides ultra-precise rifling, and is threaded (11/16”-24) with thread protector. The peep sight system by Skinner Sights includes an adjustable receiver-mounted peep sight, perfect for rapid target acquisition.

Additional features include: CNC-machined stainless steel receiver, lever, and trigger guard plate; 5-round tubular magazine with loading gate; positive push-button cross-bolt manual safety and traditional half-cock hammer; spiral-fluted bolt with nickel plating; oversized loop lever; sling swivel studs; and offset hammer spur.
