This is a classic Carolina inspired mustard based BBQ sauce kicked up a whole lotta notches with the XXX Hot kick of Ghost Peppers and exotic Wiri Wiri Peppers. Based on the popular Gold BBQ Sauce from South Carolina that is quickly spreading out into neighbouring states, the Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce is tangy, sweet, extremely spicy and very different from classic brown BBQ Sauces.

Ingredients: Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, #1 Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric and Spices), Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Mango Puree, Jolokia Pepper Mash (Bhut Jolokia Peppers, Salt), Molasses, Black Pepper, Kosher Salt, Xanthan Gum, Wiri Wiri Peppers.
