Retail Store Returns

To return or exchange an item at one of our store locations, please take your merchandise to the Customer Service counter in the store.

Call Centre or Online Purchases

1. Repack the item in its original packaging
Include any literature, manuals, software or other materials that were included with the item. Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packed before leaving our warehouse. If there is an error, or the product was damaged in shipping, contact Customer Service at 1-800-265-6245 within 10 days of receipt, otherwise no disrepancies will be considered.

2. Prepare the package for shipment
Include your invoice and completed Return Form with the merchandise. The Return Form (found on the back of your invoice) must be completed in full.

Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records.  Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was taken. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective. 3. Wrap & ship the package
Wrap securely to protect the item and avoid any possible damage in transit.  If a return label was included with your shipment (Canada Post & UPS) please use that label to return the item to Cabela's/Bass Pro Shops Canada.  Simply attach the included label to the package and drop off at the appropriate depot.

For shipments without a return label, please send your return via Canada Post only.  If your package cannot be handled by Canada Post please call 1.800.265.6245 to discuss the details of your return - we will advise you of an alternate carrier.

Sorry, returns sent COD cannot be accepted.
