An introduction to fly fishing by Manitoba's Fly Fishers Association, Marcel Duval.  This one-hour presentation/discussion will explain how fly fishing differs from other types of fishing.  It will cover the terminology, describe the equipment and explain how the various components combine to produce a very efficient and fun fishing system.  Fly fishing in Manitoba will also be covered.

The successful completion of this/these course(s) will enable you to obtain your Position and Acquisition License (PAL) and/or Restricted Position and Acqusition License (RPAL).

Anyone interested that is 12 years of age or older can register for a PAL.
Anyone interested that is 18 years of age or older can register for a RPAL.
