Store Details

Description

Cabela's Saskatoon store is located at Preston Crossing which is on Preston Avenue North near Circle Drive. The 50,000-square-foot store features a Conservation Mountain with waterfall, a 2-lane archery range and more than 170 taxidermy mounts representing game animals hunted across North America. Other highlights include a Fudge Shop and Bargain Cave.

Map & Compass Mysteries Revealed with CanoeSki Discovery Co.

Join Cliff Speer from CanoeSki.com to learn the basics of wilderness navigation using low tech tools of map & compass! We start in the store getting acquainted with using an orienteering style compass and reading a topographical map. Then we move outdoors for some field practice. Bring your compass; a limited number of compasses will be available to borrow for the session.  Meet in the main entrance of the store.
