This X-Bolt Long Range model showcases the premium Hard Core Fiber-Fusion fibreglass stock, Burnt Bronze Cerakote coating on barrel/receiver/bolt/studs, A-TACS AU (“Advanced Tactical Concealment System – Arid/Urban”) camouflage finish, and a new heavy sporter contour steel barrel (threaded muzzle brake on 5/8”-24 TPI threads; protector included). Loaded with features, including polished chamber, textured grip panels, swivel studs, gold-plated trigger finish with gold engraving, high-gloss bolt slide finish, and is drilled and tapped for scope.

The bolt-action rifle was forever changed with the introduction of the Browning X-Bolt. Built on the proven successes of past Browning rifles, with the addition of numerous improvements: the three-lever FeatherTrigger™ provides a clean, crisp pull, with no take-up or creep, and minimal overtravel. Barrel accuracy: the X-Bolt is free-floated by bedding the front and rear of the action for stability, and to help maintain barrel-to-stock spacing for consistent accuracy. A recessed muzzle crown helps protect the rifling from damage. The Inflex-1 Technology recoil pad has proprietary construction and material to promote a directional deflection of recoil forces, pulling the stock comb away from your face to reduce felt recoil and muzzle climb. The bolt unlock button works in conjunction with the top-tang safety, to provide an added measure of safety during checking and unloading of the chamber. The 60-degree short bolt lift is fast-cycling and allows you to work the bolt quickly. The detachable rotary magazine is constructed from a durable lightweight polymer, designed to feed cartridges directly in-line with the bolt.
