The Sportsman Series Combo Grill is perfect for searing fish, grilling game, smoking jerky and more. It features 8 different cooking methods - all on one machine. Cooking temps range as low as 180°F to as hot and fast as 500°F. The dial-in digital control board works hand-in-hand with Pit Boss meat probes so you can monitor meat doneness, adjust cooking temperatures, and track fuel without ever having to open the lid.
Premium features of the Sportsman Wood Pellet and Gas Combo include a more than 1,200 sq.in. cooking space, an innovative slide plate flame broiler with an easy-access handle on the pellet side, three independent burners on the gas side, built-in spice rack, adjustable front shelf, 2-in-1 stainless steel side shelf and removable tray, two in-line wheels, two locking caster wheels, solid bottom shelf.
