With an impressive 1,442-sq.-in. cooking surface, the Whole Hog is a 48,000-BTU smoker that gets the job done. Thanks to its two separate cooking chambers that can operate at two different temperatures, you can smoke everything you need all at once. The smoker has a removable centre divider that can be used as two independent grills or as one full hog-sized grill. It features indirect/direct flame cooking with a standard flame broiler and includes fan-forced convection cooking for added functionality. The Whole Hog operates at temperatures from 180°F to 600°F in five-degree increments and boasts dual full-function programmable meat probes to ensure cooking perfection. It features a porcelain-coated steel main cooking rack and removable upper cooking rack. The smoker comes complete with a 300-watt auto-igniter and an automatic start-up and cool-down feature.
