The ability to smoke, cold smoke or roast any meat to perfection is what sets these digital smokers apart from all others. The fully digital control panel gives you the versatility to set the amount of smoke, cooking temperature up to 138°C (280°F) and cooking time. Unique smoke-without-fire system operates for up to 8 hours without refuelling. The Bradley Flavour Bisquettes produce controlled smoke and are extinguished automatically.
